Howdy, I’m TJ. This whole idea started from something simple, most people do not want to a lecture, they just need someone to listen. What better way to do that than while we walk?

Life can pile up on you real quick. I have been there. Work, family, stress, all of it, and sometimes the best way to sort it all out is just move and talk it through. That’s what this is all about. No judgement, no pressure, no agenda. Just walking, talking, and a little peace of mind.

I’m not a counselor or a therapist, just someone who’s been through enough life to know how much difference being heard can make. I do walk in faith everyday. Without God, I know I would not be here today.
